Hi !

I am developing a social networking website using Symfony 1.4+Doctrine. I would need to build an API for the mobile app developers to build apps that would communicate with the website. I have browsed the forum for such threads and got one thread but was not very elaborate. Also, I saw the Jobeet API implementation but I was more looking for some sort of detailed instructions for Symfony like http://www.gen-x-design.com/archives/create-a-rest-api-with-php/.

The main part that I am interested in is registering users and authenticating them.

I know I am asking for being spoon fed, but just put the spoon in the bowl for me and I will take the spoon to my mouth
