I did do several searches beforehand–did not locate my problem anywhere. Problem: have installed OO 3.0 with PC Vista Business. I cannot print any Writer docs using my Dell All-in-One. I get a prompt that says “Could not start printer. Check printer configuration”. I have un-installed OO and re-installed OO to try it again, de-installed my printer and re-installed. The only way I can print docs is to export them as pdf docs to my desktop and then print. I am not a techie by any means…is there a simple solution to this??? Just annoying and frustrating to have to do it this way! Any help would be appreciated.
